Privacy

This website provides information about Optika Rodenstock. Book a free vision measurement online or by phone. We do not request health details, user accounts or online payments.

Appointment information

Online booking stores your name, phone number, appointment date and time, and booking metadata. We use these to organise appointments and contact you about your reservation. Notifications go to Meri and the team by email through Resend and, when connected, through a private Telegram group. Booking records are stored in Cloudflare and deleted 90 days after the appointment date. A temporary hash of the technical IP address helps prevent repeated unwanted reservations; the appointment does not store the IP address itself. Resend, the email service and Telegram may retain sent notifications under their own policies and until the team deletes them. Contact the shop to request access, correction or deletion.

Contact

You can also call +389 76 406 506 for appointments. For privacy questions, contact the shop at the same number or visit Игњат Атанасовски бб, Bitola.
